Comfort Suites Augusta Riverwatch

I had a fantastic time! The breakfast was consistently amazing, especially with the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The lemon water upon my arrival felt refreshing too. I’d totally come back again!

I'd like to say the staff at the check-in is very friendly and very helpful. Robyn is the lady at the check-in and we're very pleased with her hospitality and a great service-mind she has. That helps make our trip to Augusta and stay at the Comfort Suites Augusta more enjoyable. Hotel location is very close to Augusta downtown and also just one mile down the road there are a bunch of good restaurant. We will stay at this hotel if we are in town next year for sure.

Got not expensive breakfasts with whole wheat toast, waffles, hash browns. The rooms were exceptional with a comfy bed, the staff were attentive and efficient. The location of the property was easy, close to everything.

Convenient; comfortable; accommodating to my needs

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean, modern, and reasonably sized.

Could hear neighbouring room's alarm clock at 6AM. I don't think anyone was there as the alarm kept ringing for about 20 minutes.

The Bed was very hard with no bad nights rest, ask if all beds were the same I was told yes?? I have stayed at Comfort Suites before and the best thing was the beds??? I was in Fernley Nevada and the Beds there were great from 1 to 10 Augusta is a 2!! Fernley was a 10 what a dissapointment. Won't be staying there next time I'm there.

The room had dirty sheets yet the comfortable queen bed helped me sleep well.

Immaculate hotel, spacious room with a clean shower and a good breakfast that included various options to enjoy with my partner.

Everything was good.

Loved the spacious room and the quick access to the beautiful riverwalk along the Savannah River. We also checked out the historic downtown area, a blast! The staff was super friendly and Mr Terry's breakfast was a highlight! Don't miss out on the awesome Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows.

The only downside was some cleanliness issues we noticed. The floors could have used a better clean upon arrival, a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a lovely warm atmosphere, with clean, spacious rooms and cute common areas, made it easy for seniors to navigate comfortably.

A few more comfortable seating options would be nice.

The location was convenient for reaching various attractions without heavy traffic. The breakfast area struggled to accommodate the large number of guests, often resulting in long waits. Housekeeping staff provided excellent service, quickly responding to linen requests. The breakfast options included fresh local fish, but it was usually overcrowded and messy due to inconsiderate guests.

Comfortable stay with room for improvement

Enjoyed a spacious suite perfect for family gatherings. The wet bar with mini fridge was great for snacks! Unfortunately, the breakfast selection disappointed. Consider dining at nearby restaurants for better options. Despite some service hiccups, staff genuinely cared about our comfort. Bring your own cups for drinks.
